2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). All tools and accessories are designed for safety and longevity – many are rust-resistant and easy to clean.

7. How do I care for my Dawaeepharmacy BBQ products? Most tools: Hand-wash with mild soap or dishwasher-safe (check label). Grill brushes: Replace heads when worn. Thermometers: Wipe probe clean after use (avoid submerging electronics). Gloves/aprons: Machine-wash or spot clean. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
